The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. (“HRADF”) refers to the Invitation to Submit an Expression of Interest for the acquisition of 33% stake in OPAP S.A., published by HRADF on 27 September 2012.
Regarding requests made by potential Candidates for the extension of the deadline for the submission of an expression on interest in order to participate in the Tender Procedure for the acquisition of 33% stake in OPAP S.A. (“Submission Deadline”), HRADF has resolved not to further extend the Submission Deadline, which remains 9 November 2012, 17:00 UK time.
