Risk Management

Growthfund conducts regular Business Risk Assessments. The resulting Risk Registry, outlining inherent and residual risks, is classified based on frequency and impact to determine the inherent risk level. Subsequently, evaluations of the sufficiency of existing controls are applied to identify the level of residual Risk requiring management. The subsequent corrective actions are assigned to the responsible executives, designed in line with approved risk-taking levels and specified timelines, which are monitored by the Risk Management Department and reported to the Board via the Board’s Risk Committee.

Group-wide Risk Assessments are consistently conducted using the methodology and process outlined in our Policy. By comparing and consolidating observations, results, and corrective actions, the Board can precisely identify vulnerabilities either by risk category or subsidiary, ensuring that our risk management is in harmony with Growthfund’s Strategy.
