General Assembly

The supreme authority of the Company is the General Assembly of the sole shareholder, namely the Greek State, which is legally represented by the Minister of Finance.

The General Assembly holds exclusive decision-making power on matters within its exclusive jurisdiction, as defined by the legislation. An exception includes the election and dismissal of the members of the Board of Directors, the determination of their remuneration, and the amendment of the Articles of Association. These specific matters are governed by the provisions outlined in the founding law 4389/2016.
