Growthfund: Signing of the contract for the development of the “Sani Kassandra” property (Northern Section)
Growthfund announces that a contract was signed with the company ‘’Sani Single-Member S.A. for Development and Tourism’’ for the development of the “Sani Kassandra” property (Northern Section), covering a total area of 642,280.42 m², located in Sani, Municipality of Kassandra, Regional Unit of Halkidiki.
The company was declared Preferred Investor in June 2025 following a tender conducted by Growthfund, with an offer amounting to 4 million euros. The tender process was completed in a single phase, and the full amount was paid in one installment.
The contract was signed by Panagiotis Stampoulidis, Deputy CEO of Growthfund, and on behalf of the company, Lambis Pachygiannakis, Senior Director of Acquisitions & Investments of Sani Single-Member S.A. for Development and Tourism. Also present at the ceremony were Eleanna Karvouni, Head of the Greek Legal Department of the Group, as well as the company’s legal representatives, Theologos Mintzas and Valia Anastasopoulou.

The property, with a total area of 642,280.42 m², constitutes the independent northern section of a larger site measuring 915,099.72 m², located in an area of exceptional natural beauty and significant environmental and touristic interest. It is situated at “Metochi Stavronikita”, in the Sani area, outside the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Kassandra, in the Regional Unit of Halkidiki, Region of Central Macedonia. The wider area forms part of the “Farm of the Agricultural Correctional Facility of Kassandra.
According to the General Urban Plan, the permitted uses of the property are subject to special urban planning and environmental regulations, as it lies within an Archaeological Site Protection Zone and, in its entirety, within an area designated as High Agricultural Productivity Land.
