The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) announces the launch of a tender, for the exploitation of part of the “Castello Bibelli”, in the “Kato Korakiana” area, in the Municipality of Corfu, Regional Unit of Corfu, Region of the Ionian Islands, in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Request for Proposals, which has been uploaded on HRADF website (www.hradf.com ).
Furthermore, the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) announces the launch of an open electronic tender, for the sale/lease of 10 real estate assets located in Mαgnhsia, Attica, Achaia, Hleia, Argolida and Arkadia, through the e-Auction electronic platform on the website www.e-publicrealestate.gr.
