The Board of Directors of HRADF, a member company of GROWTHFUND – The National Fund of Greece, at its meeting on April 10, 2023, declared the company under the name “Estia Real Estate Development Company PC” as the highest bidder in the tender for the development of a property of 245 square meters with a three-storey stone building of 362 square meters in Andritsaina, Ilia, for a total price of 120,000 euros.
