The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), a member company of GROWTHFUND – The National Fund of Greece, announces that it received one (1) financial offer for the development of the property “Koniavitis Thermal Spring & Camping”, submitted by INMO PARCK INVEST FOREIGN BRANCH S.A. The property covers 557,727.12 square meters and consists of two areas (A and B). According to the terms of the Tender, Area A is available for sale while Area B, where the thermal springs “Mylos Koniavitis” and “Kallyntikon” are located, will be developed with a 50-year long-term lease.
