Launch of procedures for the replacement of ETAD Management

ETAD’s General Assembly took place yesterday, November 28, 2022, taking into account the expiration of the terms of the CEO, S. Vlastos, and a non-executive member of the Board, C. Vardakari.

Until the election of the new CEO, the current Executive Director, P. Balomenos, will temporarily take over the duties of CEO, signing jointly with the Chairman of ETAD, G. Anastasiadis. Growthfund will appoint the new CEO within 90 days, in accordance with the corporate governance specifications set by Growthfund.

S. Rouvas, Growthfund’s Strategy & Business Development Manager, was appointed a new non-executive member of the Board of Directors.

The Management of Superfund thanks the outgoing CEO, Stefanos Vlastos, for his collaboration and for the projects he promoted during his term (Skaramagas, Parliament flower shops, etc.), as well as Ms. Vardakari for her important contribution to the work of ETAD’s Board of Directors.
