BoD Member resignation

The Supervisory Board of HCAP has received the resignation of Mr. Markos Veremis, a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Veremis has decided to leave his HCAP Board position for reasons of time commitment due to his professional obligations.

The Supervisory Board expresses its gratitude to Mr. Veremis for his valuable contribution and support to the company from his positions as a board and committee member.
