Reference is made to the tender process which is conducted in accordance with Request for Proposals for a Fairness Adviser to the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund in relation to the sale of the Fund’s 30% stake in Athens International Airport S.A., dated 28.02.2020 (the “Tender”). Pursuant to par. 6.4 of the RfP, the Tender is hereby cancelled.
