The Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (HCAP S.A.), through the Strategic Contracts Unit, acting as the contracting authority pursuant to Article 5B of Law 3986/2011 and acting on behalf of and in the name of the Ministry of Environment and Energy (hereinafter the “Contracting Authority”), hereby invites interested economic operators to an electronic tender under Law 4412/2016 for the award of the project «“AQUA MONTIS” – Regulation of Torrents in Mountain Catchments within the Area of Responsibility of the Volos Forest Office and within the Thessaly River Basin District (EL08)», with a total budget of €21.987.410,71, excluding VAT. The tender procedure is open and will be conducted through the National Electronic Public Procurement System for Public Works (ESIDIS 216890) of the ESIDIS IT System (online portal www.promitheus.gov.gr).
The deadline for the submission of offers is set for Monday, 02.02.2026, at 13:00.
