The Growthfund through the Project Preparation Facility (PPF), in its capacity as implementing authority in accordance with article 5B of Law 3986/2011, acting on behalf of and in the name of the “Ministry of Environment and Energy” (hereinafter the “Contracting Authority”), hereby invites interested economic operators to participate in an electronic open tender procedure pursuant to Article 27 of Law 4412/2016 for the award of contracts for the project entitled “Supply and Installation of Equipment for Monitoring Air and Marine Pollution,” with a total maximum estimated value of €25,656,123.38 excluding VAT (estimated value including VAT at the current rate of 24%: €31,813,592.99).
The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of specialized equipment for the monitoring and control of atmospheric and marine pollution. The equipment includes measurement stations for atmospheric and marine pollutants, unmanned vehicles (aerial, surface, and underwater drones), underwater recording and analysis equipment, as well as advanced mapping systems. The supply of this equipment will contribute to the development of a monitoring network for atmospheric and marine pollution, which will enable faster and more accurate assessments of environmental conditions. The project ensures Greece’s alignment with European and national regulatory frameworks, supporting pollution management efforts through modern and technologically advanced solutions.
The contract is divided into seven (7) lots.
It is noted that for Lot 7, an additional optional right is foreseen, amounting to €2,183,023.38 (plus 24% VAT amounting to €523,925.61) for the procurement of additional units of the equipment described in Lot 7.
The procedure is open and will be conducted through the National Electronic Public Procurement System for Supplies and Services (System Lot Numbers: 371202, 371203, 371204, 371205, 371206, 371207, 371208) of the OPS ESIDIS (Web Portal: www.promitheus.gov.gr). The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous offer, determined by the best value for money per Lot.
The deadline for submission of bids is set for Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 13:00 (local time).
