Declaration of an open below limits procedure, for the selection of contractors for the execution of the project: “Special forestry works of article 16 par. 5 of Law 998/1979 for the execution of anti-flood works, in areas under the responsibility of Aigaleo and Megara Forestry”

The Project Preparation Facility (PPF) of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (Growthfund) has been appointed by the Governmental Committee of Projects of Strategic Importance of Law 4799/2021, to mature, execute the tender process, and supervise the implementation phase of the measure “NATIONAL REFORESTATION PLAN – FOREST PROTECTION PLAN (Antinero II) – ANTI-EROSION & FLOOD PROTECTION WORKS”” (RRF 16849), of the responsibility of the Ministry of Environment and Energy (Beneficiary).

 

The project is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0” (RRF 16849), with funding from the European Union – NextGenerationEU. In the context of the above project, the PPF, acting by order, in the name and on behalf of the Beneficiary, conducts the tender in accordance with the provisions of article 5B of Law 3986/2011 for the assignment of the project “Special forestry works of article 16 par. 5 of Law 998/1979 for the execution of anti-flood works, in areas under the responsibility of  Aigaleo and Megara Forestry”  with the Ministry of Environment and Energy as the Contracting Authority

The process is open and will be conducted through the National Electronic Public Procurement System – Procurement and Services ESHDIS (Systematic section number: 215640 (Online Portal www.promitheus.gov.gr).

The criterion for awarding the contract is the most economically advantageous offer based solely on price (lowest price).

The deadline for receipt of offers is the 25th.08.2025, at 13:00, Athens’s time.
