Call for an Open Below-Threshold Procedure for the Selection of Contractor for the Project: “Supply and Delivery of Equipment for Monitoring Marine Pollution through Underwater Recording and Analysis Equipment”

The Growthfund through the Project Preparation Facility (PPF), in its capacity as implementing authority in accordance with article 5B of Law 3986/2011, acting on behalf of and in the name of the “Ministry of Environment and Energy” (hereinafter the “Contracting Authority”), hereby invites interested economic operators to participate in an open electronic tender procedure in accordance with Article 27 of Law 4412/2016 for the award of contracts for the project titled: “Supply and delivery of equipment for monitoring marine pollution through Underwater Recording and Analysis Equipment”, with a total maximum budget of €90,000.00 excluding VAT (budget including VAT currently at 24%: €21,600.00).

 

The subject of the contract is the supply and delivery of equipment for the monitoring and control of marine pollution. The project aims to ensure the country’s compliance with Directive 2008/56/EC on the Marine Strategy, focusing on achieving and maintaining the good environmental status of marine waters, as well as implementing modern technologies for accurate forecasting and timely response to environmental pressures.

 

The procedure is open and will be conducted through the National Electronic Public Procurement System for Supplies and Services (ESIDIS Registry No. 379294) via the ESIDIS portal (www.promitheus.gov.gr).

The award criterion for the contract is the most economically advantageous tender based on the best price-quality ratio per Lot.

 

The deadline for the submission of tenders is set for Monday, September 8, 2025, at 13:00 (local time).
