Notice of Electronic Open Tender for the Supply entitled “Procurement of three (03) X-ray Vans with an option for three (3) additional vehicles”

The Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (HCAP S.A.), through the Project Preparation Facility, acting in its capacity as the contracting authority pursuant to Article 5B of Law 3986/2011, and acting by order, on behalf and in the name of the “Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy” (hereinafter the “Contracting Authority”), hereby invites interested economic operators to participate in an electronic tender under the open procedure of Article 27 of Law 4412/2016 for the award of the contract entitled “Procurement of three (03) X-ray Vans with an option for three (3) additional vehicles”, with a total estimated contract value, including the option, of eleven million two hundred ninety thousand three hundred twenty-two euros and fifty-eight cents (€11,290,322.58), excluding VAT at 24%.

The subject of the contract is the procurement of three (03) X-ray Vans for the detection of prohibited items, such as tobacco products, weapons, military equipment, explosives, drug substances, etc., as well as concealed persons hidden in specially constructed compartments within various types of vehicles and containers.

The procedure is open and will be conducted through the Hellenic Single Public Procurement Authority (HSPPA) – Supplies and Services (website: www.promitheus.gov.gr) under the following System Reference Number: 405034.

The deadline for submission of tenders is set for Wednesday, 18 March 2026, at 13:00 (local time). Tenders shall be submitted electronically by interested parties via the online portal of NEPPS at www.promitheus.gov.gr. Any physical submission shall take place at the registered offices of HCAP S.A. – Strategic Importance Contracts Unit (3-5 Palaion Patron Germanou Street, Athens, Postal Code 10561).
