The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A (“HRADF”) invites interested banks which provide investment banking services and investment services firms to submit their offers for the issuance of Fairness Opinions in relation to the sale of 24,507,520 common registered shares of OTE S.A., representing 5% of OTE S.A.’s paid share capital.
