Invitation to submit an expression of interest for the acquisition of a majority stake in the share capital of the company under the corporate name “LAVRIO PORT AUTHORITY S.A.”: Extension of Submission Date

In connection with the invitation to submit an Expression of Interest for the acquisition of a majority stake in the share capital of the company under the corporate name “Lavrio Port Authority S.A.”, issued by  the company “Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A.” (the “HRADF” or the “Fund”) on 29.02.2024 (the “Invitation”), the Fund announces its decision to extend the Submission Date specified in Section 5.2 of the Invitation and set as new Submission Date the 30^th May 2024 and until 15:00 (Greek time, GMT +3).
