The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. invites interested parties to submit Expressions of Interest (“EoI”) to participate in a tender process for the concession of port operation services (berthing and other services) and of the right to use, operate, manage and exploit the movable and/or fixed assets within the upland area and/or the sea area of the Marina of Itea for at least 40 years, with the option of an extension of the concession duration for a maximum additional period of ten years (10). The tender process will be conducted in two phases: a pre-qualification phase and a binding offers phase.
