The purpose of the contract is to create a network of specialized centers to support and strengthen the human resources of the affected islands, develop new skills, and adapt to new professions related to new productive activities. It should be noted that the Action will take into account parameters relating to the green and energy transition of the islands and the challenges and socio-economic inequalities that arise in terms of human resources that are directly, indirectly, or consequentially affected.
