Declaration of Electronic Open (International) Tender for the supply of ” Personal Protective Equipment and personal equipment for Fire Department personnel”

The Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (Growthfund) through the Project Preparation Facility, in its capacity as implementing authority in accordance with article 5B of Law 3986/2011, acting by order, on behalf and in the name of the “Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection” (hereinafter “Contracting Authority”), hereby invites the interested economic operators to an electronic tender with an open procedure of Article 27 of Law. 4412/2016 for the award of the contract entitled “Personal Protective Equipment and personal equipment for Fire Department personnel”, with a total maximum budget of € 7.978.340,00, excluding VAT (budget including VAT rising today to 24%: € 9.893.141,60).

 

The subject of the contract is the supply of personal protective equipment and personal equipment intended for the personnel of the Fire Department. In particular, the supply concerns protective uniforms and other equipment that will be used by firefighters during the execution of their firefighting and rescue duties.

 

The contract is subdivided into three (3) lots.

 

The process is open and will be conducted through the National Electronic Public Procurement System – Procurement and Services (website www.promitheus.gov.gr) with the following Systemic Ascending Numbers per lot:

Lot 1: 377552

Lot 2: 377553

Lot 3: 377554

 

The closing date for the submission of tenders is 13.08.2025, Wednesday at 13.00 (local time). Bids are submitted by the interested parties electronically, via the web portal www.promitheus.gov.gr . Any paper submission is made at the headquarters of the Growthfund – Project Preparation Facility (Karagiorgi Servias 6, Athens, Postal Code 10562).
