Βiomass produced within the framework of forest protection activities may be utilized for the production of timber and timber-based products, as well as for energy production, through electronic ascending-bid auctions conducted by the Project Preparation Facility (PPF) of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (Growthfund), in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Ministerial Decision No. ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΠΔ/21828/1642/27.02.2024 (FEK B’ 1393).
In accordance to the above Ministerial Decision entitled “Procedure for Biomass Harvesting within the Framework of the Forest Protection Plan” (FEK B’ 1393), PPF established and maintains an Electronic Registry of Certified Forest Biomass Buyers and conducts the relevant electronic auctions.
In this context, PPF invites any interested economic operator wishing to participate in the ascending auctions for the purchase of forest biomass to participate in the third call for registration in the Electronic Registry of Certified Forest Biomass Buyers.
Only individuals or legal entities that substantially utilize the auctioned forest biomass through processing or productive activities are eligible to register in the Registry. In all cases, individuals or legal entities whose purpose is the direct resale of biomass to third parties are excluded. Registration shall be completed provided that the terms and conditions of the aforementioned Ministerial Decision are met.
Members already registered in the Registry are not required to submit a new registration application under this Invitation.
Registration of applicants is carried out via the electronic platform “sourceONE-neo” of “ENTERSOFT ONE S.A.” (www.entersoft.gr).
Upon completion of their registration in the applications of “ENTERSOFT ONE S.A.”, applicants may submit an application for registration in the Registry under the published Invitation bearing Reference Number: orga826as4vtw-016811.
The deadline for the submission of applications for registration in the Registry is Monday, 18 May 2026, at 14:00.
