Announcement (March 30th 2020) 

Reference is made to the Request for proposals for a Fairness Adviser to the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund in relation to the sale of the Fund’s 30% stake in Athens International Airport S.A.

Pursuant to this announcement, the deadline mentioned under par. 5.8 of the Request, is hereby extended until July 6, 2020, 17:00, Athens time.

Pursuant to this announcement, it is clarified that the maximum budget mentioned under par. 3.2 of the Request is seven hundred thousand five hundred Euros (€750.000,00) plus VAT.
