This relates to the development through sale of the 26-hectare property in Agios Ioannis, Sithonia, signed in November 2013 and completed in 2015.

In this tender process, investors offered a price of €9.61 million, which was the only binding offer in the HRADF tender process.

This property provides for the creation of a tourist – holiday village, which will include the construction of 25,000 m2 of large residences, with 150 residences, with an area of more than 200 m2 each, as well as a marina, while a 12,000 m2 hotel is already in operation.

The development has significant and multifaceted benefits, with investments of around €50 million, which contribute towards upgrading the tourism product of the wider region and help create a significant number of jobs.

The property lies at a distance of 5 km from the village of Nikiti and its accessibility is deemed very good, since it has a front on the Nikitis – Sarti – Vourvourou Provincial Road.

It is 15 km from Neos Marmaras, 20 km from the Porto Carras Resort, 42 km from Polygyros, the capital of Halkidiki, 92 km from the “Macedonia” Thessaloniki Airport, and 102 km from the city of Thessaloniki.
