The property consists of three neighbouring seaside plots extending along a length of 2,500 m on the south, continuing on from the Afantou Golf course, on the smooth, extensive and sandy beach of Afantou.
Up to the start of the previous decade, the facilities of the “Voice of America” radio station had been developed and operated on one of the three plots.
