Growthfund announces the appointment of Ms. Yota Kremmida as a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of HRADF and a member of the Audit Committee. Ms. Kremmida brings extensive international experience as a legal advisor to institutional, state, and private entities, offering consulting services in project management and financing, public tenders, contract negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions. With a background in senior management positions, she possesses international expertise. She specializes in Competition Law and cross-border business issues and currently serves as Director & Associate General Counsel WW Channels & Ecosystem at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Ms. Kremmida holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (1990) and a Master (DEA) of Law of International and European Community Financial Relations from the University Paris Nanterre (1993). She is a member of the IPR Committee of the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce and has been recognized in the Legal 500 Powerlist.
Ms. Kremmida will replace Ms. Thalia Emiri in this role.
