HCAP announces the appointment of Niki Fotiou as Non-executive Member of the Board and Audit Committee Chair of HRADF

HCAP (Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations) announces the appointment of Niki Fotiou as Non-executive Member of the Board of Directors of HRADF and Audit Committee Chair. Ms. Fotiou has many years of experience in the auditing and shipping sectors, being responsible for, auditing of and reporting on finances, international taxation and corporate governance in accordance with the standards set by leading global stock exchanges, including those of the U.S., and she has served on the boards of listed and unlisted companies around the world. She is currently the Finance and Accounts Manager at the Moundreas Group’s NGM Energy S.A. and Unimar Success S.A., and she provides Financial Reporting Consultant services to Avenir LNG Ltd. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting & Information Systems from the University of Cape Town (1991), and she is a Chartered Certified Accountant, FCCA; Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); and member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (SOEL).

Ms. Fotiou’s appointment comes following the recent loss of Lito Ioannidou, who made a significant mark on the financial services sector.
