The present announcement refers to the Invitation to submit an Expression of Interest for the acquisition of a 33% stake in OPAP (the “Invitation”) published on September 27th, 2012.
Following the Invitation, HRADF hereby confirms that the transfer of a 4% stake in OPAP from the Hellenic Republic to HRADF has been concluded pursuant to decision No. 219/26.09.2012 of the Interministerial Committee for Asset Restructuring and Privatization (GG B’ 2625/2012). Following the above mentioned transfer, HRADF currently owns a 33% stake in OPAP’s shareholding.
