Rooted in this foundation, the Internal Regulations of Growthfund, which govern the functioning of the Corporationn and its direct subsidiaries (excluding the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF)), are aligned with international best practices and the guiding principles set forth by the OECD.
The Internal Regulation is formally adopted by the General Assembly of the Sole Shareholder.
