The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund, a member company of GROWTHFUND – The National Fund of Greece, during today’s meeting proceeded to the unsealing of the two binding offers received on April 24, 2023, for the development of Heraklion Port Authority S.A. (H.P.A. S.A.), through the acquisition of a 67% majority stake in the share capital of the Authority.
