New HCAP Supervisory Board
The Minister of Finance, with the agreement of the European Commission and the European Stability Mechanism acting jointly, has selected Xenia Kazoli, Charalambos Meidanis and Minos Moissis as Supervisory Board members in replacement of three resigned members, and for the remaining of their term of office.
Following the addition of the new members, the Supervisory Board consists of the following members with a term of office until 25.10.2021:

3. Mr. Charalambos Meidanis, Member
4. Mr. Minos Moissis, Member
5. Mr. David Vegara, Member
The brief CVs of the new Supervisory Board members are the following:
XENIA KAZOLI
Ms Kazoli is an international lawyer advising on corporate governance issues, regulatory compliance and reform. She has worked for twenty years for international law firms (Skadden Arps LLP and Allen & Overy LLP) in their Paris and London capital market teams, specializing in international debt and equity offerings in the public and private sector and advising on privatisations and cross border transactions.
Prior to this, Ms Kazoli worked with the World Bank in Washington DC, conducting legal assessment, policy and regulatory reform in capital markets in Latin America. She is currently an independent non-executive director of the board of the Athens Exchange (ATHEX), as well as a member of the Management Council of the Hellenic Council of Corporate Governance. She is currently Greece’s representative at the International Chamber of Commerce at the Committee for Corporate Social Responsibility and Anti-Corruption.
Ms Kazoli is admitted for practice at the bars of New York, Paris and Athens. She holds a Law degree from the University of Athens, an LL.M. from George Washington University and speaks five languages.
CHARALAMPOS (HARIS) MEIDANIS
Mr. Meidanis is an experienced lawyer, currently the managing partner at Meidanis, Seremetakis and Associates law firm.
He specialises and has published over 40 articles in academic journals in the areas of Private International Law, the Law of International Transactions, Arbitration, Mediation and Business Law.
He is an accredited Mediator (CIArb and Hellenic Ministry of Justice) and has provided consulting services to the Greek Ministries of Economy and Development.
Mr. Meidanis has taught at universities in Greece and abroad such as the University of Athens, Panteion University, Bilkent and at Institutes such as the European Institute of Public Administration.
Mr. Meidanis holds a Law degree from the University of Athens, an LL.M. from the University of London and a Ph.D in Private International Law from Panteion University in Athens. He is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
MINOS MOISSIS
Mr. Moissis is an experienced professional with a long track record in the financial services sector. He is currently a partner at SYNERGON Partners and owner of In2Resilience Ltd. both focusing on advisory services in corporate strategy in Greece and abroad respectively. He is currently the non-executive Chairman for FlexFin SA, a factoring company, and independent non-executive member of the listed company SIDMA SA.
In the past, he has held C-suite positions in Emporiki Bank (2011-2013) and NBG Group (2005-2010). Prior, he worked at Interamerican Group, as actuary, General Manager and Group CEO. He is a former president of the Hellenic Association of Insurance Companies and member of the Executive Committee of the Hellenic Bank Association.
Mr. Moissis is a qualified actuary and holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Athens and a postgraduate degree in Actuarial Science from Heriot – Watt University, Edinburgh.
