BoD Member resignation

The Supervisory Board (SB) received the resignation of Giovanna Kampouri, a member of the Board of Directors, effective 30 June 2022. Ms. Kampouri has served as an independent non-executive member since 16 February 2021 being the Chair of the Committee of Corporate Governance during the same period. Ms. Kampouri has decided to leave her Growthfund Board position for reasons of time commitment due to other personal and professional obligations.

The SB would like to express its gratitude to Ms. Kampouri for her very valuable contribution during her tenure. She has been the initiator and main contributor to rigorous efforts to adopt the best corporate governance practices for Growthfund and its group of subsidiaries.

The SB wishes her the very best in her future endeavors.
