HRADF’s Board of Directors has decided to commence the tender process for the development of a real estate property located at Nea Hrakleia, in the Municipality of Nea Propontida of the Prefecture of Chalkidiki, Region of Central Macedonia with total surface of 27.177,15 sqm. In the context of the tender process, a valuation of the full ownership right of the property by an independent evaluator is required. The deadline for submitting Proposals is Friday, February 24, 2023.
