The Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (HCAP S.A.), through the Strategic Contracts Unit, was appointed according to the article 5C of the Law 3986/2011, to mature and execute the tender process of the Concession Contract Project “Reuse, Development, Enhancement and Utilization of buildings and spaces of the former Tatoi Royal Estate”, under the responsibility of the Ministry of Culture.
In this context, HCAP S.A., proceeds to an international public tender which will be conducted via the Hellenic Republic Single Public Procurement Authority ‘H.S.P.P.A’ Operating System H.S.P.P.A www.promitheus.gov.gr. (reference number: 217746).
The deadline set for the receipt of offers is the 26th.01.2026, Monday at 13:00, Athens’s time.
