1. The RFP addresses stakeholder identification, engagement, and related activities for Growthfund as an entity, rather than for each company within its portfolio individually.
2. Dossier B, which details the bidders’ relevant experience and includes a list of companies/organizations managed by the Consultant, is specified as a non-graded criterion. It is used solely to determine whether a proposal is eligible to move forward to the evaluation phase.
