REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”) FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT SERVICES FOR GROWTHFUND

Clarification:

It is clarified that in paragraph VI. Technical Capacity -Award Criteria, the phrase “in at least two companies of similar scope of Growthfund” does not apply and thus, should not be taken into consideration by the interested parties when submitting their proposals.

Clarifications:

1. The RFP addresses stakeholder identification, engagement, and related activities for Growthfund as an entity, rather than for each company within its portfolio individually.

2. Dossier B, which details the bidders’ relevant experience and includes a list of companies/organizations managed by the Consultant, is specified as a non-graded criterion. It is used solely to determine whether a proposal is eligible to move forward to the evaluation phase.
