HRADF successfully completed an international single-stage tender process for the sale of 2 Airbus aircraft A340-300 with MSN 280 and 292 and Greek registration marks SX-DFC and SX-DFD, being stored, under a CAMO maintenance program, at the Athens International Airport.
The buyer selected in the tender process was Turboshaft FZE, which submitted an offer of $4.2 million.
On 7 June 2016, the unsealing of the dossier of the financial offers of (a) Magellan Aviation Services Limited and (b) Turboshaft FZE took place before the Board of Directors of HRADF.
The Board of Directors of HRADF decided to check the dossiers of the financial offers and to meet again to award the tender.
Turboshaft FZE submitted the highest financial offer and was declared the preferred buyer, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposals.
The completion of the transaction and the signing of the contract was completed after the pre-contractual audit by the Court of Audit.
