HCAP announces Michael Oratis as Chief Risk Officer

HCAP (Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations) announces the appointment of Michael Oratis to the company’s Management Team as Chief Risk Officer. Mr. Oratis has over 30 years of experience in Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance and Treasury issues, having served in top management positions in companies and financial institutions in Greece and abroad. His previous positions include General Manager of Group Risk Management at the National Bank of Greece, Country Treasurer at ABN-AMRO BANK N.V., Citibank N.A. and Bank of America NT & SA, as well as Group Treasurer at the Mytilineos Group of Companies, and he served as Management Advisor at DoVALUE Greece.

He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, an MSc. in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University (USA), and an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University (USA).

HCAP Chief Executive Officer Gregory D.
