Invitation to submit an Expression of Interest for the acquisition of a majority stake in Alexandroupolis Port Authority: Extension of Submission Date
In connection with the invitation to submit an Expression of Interest for the acquisition of a majority stake in the share capital of Alexandroupolis Port Authority S.A. (the “Invitation”), the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (the “HRADF” or the “Fund”) announces its decision to extend the Submission Date specified in Section 5.2 of the Invitation in respect of the submission of an Expression of Interest to October 16, 2020 and until 17:00 (Greek time, GMT +2).
