REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (“RFP”) FOR THE CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT IN RELATION TO THE PROVISION OF SOFTWARE & SUBCRIPTION LICENSES and SUPPORT SERVICES FOR GROWTHFUND PORTFOLIO COMPANIES

• Paragraph 4.1 Exclusion Criteria: It is clarified that the ESPD is completed ( and the evidence referred to in the Invitation is submitted) both in relation to the interested party and in relation to third parties on whose capacity the interested party relies, as defined in par.4.2.5 of the Invitation. Relying on the capacity of a third party may concern the financial adequacy criteria or the criteria regarding technical capacity as defined in par.4.2.5.
• Paragraph 4.3.2 Documentation regarding the Eligibility Criteria: All the evidence referred to in par.4.3, 4.3.1 and 4.3.2, including those mentioned in par. 4.3.2.1, 4.3..2.2, 4.3.2.3, 4.3.2.5, should be submitted.
• Paragraph 4.3.2.4 Economic and Financial Standing: The balance sheets may be accompanied by the audit report of a certified public accountant.
• According to paragraph 1 of the Invitation ( last sentence) Growthfund may request supporting documents from the interested party in relation to the submitted Invitation, either during the bid submission stage or before the conclusion of the contract. During the stage of submitting an offer, it is not required to submit supporting documentation for the nomination of shares.

• According to par. 4.2.5 and 4.3.2.5 of the Invitation, the interested party, in order to meet the selection criteria in relation to technical capacity, may rely on the capacities of other entities, regardless of the legal affiliation it has with them, provided that the said entities will perform the services for which the relevant skill is required.
