Ahead of expiration of the Submission Deadline later today, NBG and HRADF announce that the Principals will proceed with review and examination of Expressions of Interest. As part of such review, the Principals expressly reserves the right to require or permit Interested Parties that have responded timely to the Invitation to clarify, rectify and/or supplement any part of their respective submissions and/or Supporting Documents, with a view to facilitating further involvement of Interested Parties in the Process and preserving the highest levels of competitive tension.
