The deadline for submission of offers has been extended till Tuesday 30th April, at 17:00 Athens time.
“With regard to Technical and professional ability, in accordance with Part IV par. C of the ESPD, information on relevant projects is required. Our organization has executed several relevant projects, providing services to private sector companies. For each of these projects, since the contractors are private sector companies, we have undertaken confidentiality obligations and in particular have signed confidentiality agreements on non-disclosure of information, including information on the value of the contracts. Since the amount of each contract is confidential information and its disclosure would breach the confidentiality obligations towards our clients, please confirm that the non-disclosure of this information (value of each project), will not result in our exclusion”.
